(2) At Madras the General Officer Commanding will make the necessary arrangements for reception, housing, rationing and despatch. In the case of small numbers despatch will be made direct, in the case of large numbers des- patch will be under orders of "Control". The Officer Commanding, Combined Labour Depot, will be advised of the date and hour of arrival of the party at Bombay.
(3) At Calcutta the Technical Recruiting Officer will make arrangements for reception, housing, rationing and despatch to Bombay, and he will be advised; of arrival of the party by the Embarkation Commandant. He will ask for such assistance as may be required from the General Officer Commanding,
(4) In each case arrangements for medical attendance on the rail journey to Bombay will be made in consultation with the local Medical Authorities.
